Jotter is built so that we never see the content of what you write. This policy is short because there is genuinely little to disclose.
Nothing. Jotter has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers of our own. We cannot see your reminders, notes, photos, or anything else you put in the app — that content never leaves your device except through your own iCloud sync.
Some other apps we publish send anonymous usage analytics. Jotter does not. If that ever changes, this policy will say so before the change ships, not after.
When you share a reminder list, Apple's CloudKit sharing sends an invitation to the people you choose. Only invited participants can see that list. Sharing never passes through any server of ours, and you can stop sharing at any time from the list's share settings.
"Enhance with AI" runs entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence. The text of your notes is never sent to us or to any third party by Jotter.
Reminder notifications, Lock Screen Live Tiles, and the optional system alarm are scheduled and rendered on your device by iOS. The content shown (titles, photos, times) never leaves your device except via your own iCloud sync.
When you attach a photo, Jotter receives only the photo you explicitly pick — it has no access to the rest of your photo library.
Jotter does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
If a future feature ever changes any of the above, this policy will be updated before that feature ships, with the effective date revised.
