Welcome to Napling Support! Napling is the simple, calm way for parents to track their baby's day — feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, and milestones — all in one place, and shareable with the people who help you care.
Napling lets you log feedings, sleep, diaper changes, growth measurements, and milestones in seconds, and see them as a clear timeline and trend charts. Everything lives on your device, and you can optionally share care with a partner or caregiver through your own private iCloud account — Napling has no accounts and no servers of its own.
A: Napling looks at your baby's recent sleep patterns and age to suggest when the next nap might be a good idea. These predictions are general guidance only — every baby is different, and Napling's suggestions are not medical advice. Always follow your pediatrician's guidance for your baby's specific needs.
A: Open Napling, go to the Plus / upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy Napling Plus.
A: Yes. All of your baby's data — feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, milestones, and photos — is stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud sharing to co-track with a partner or caregiver, that data syncs through your own private iCloud account, which Napling cannot see. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
A: Go to your baby's profile in Settings and enter their birthdate. Napling uses this, along with recent sleep and feeding history, to power age-appropriate nap and feeding suggestions. Without a birthdate set, these predictions won't appear.
Shared entries sync through iCloud, which can take a few moments. Make sure both devices are signed in to iCloud with an internet connection, and that the caregiver has accepted the sharing invitation.
Widgets refresh periodically based on iOS's own scheduling. Opening the app briefly will also refresh widget data immediately.
Napling is actively developed and your feedback shapes what comes next. Whether it's a feature request, a bug report, or just a suggestion, we want to hear from you.
